How the nurse dashboard communicates with this approval dashboard
Current status
When a nurse submits a treatment plan, an email is sent to lauren.unitycollectivestudios@gmail.com with a one-tap approval link. Tapping that link opens this dashboard with the treatment plan ready to review.
How the approval flow works
Nurse submits treatment plan
Nurse fills out the treatment plan on the iPad, taps Submit for Prescriber Approval. This opens a pre-filled email to your address with all treatment details and an approval link.
You receive the email
The email arrives at lauren.unitycollectivestudios@gmail.com with subject: [UC Treatment Plan Approval] Neurotoxin — Client Name — Date
The full treatment details are in the email body.
Tap the approval link
At the bottom of the email is a link that opens this dashboard with the treatment plan already loaded in the Pending Review tab. Review and tap ✓ Approve & Generate PDF.
PDF generates with your signature
The approved PDF downloads automatically with your NP credentials, the approval timestamp, and an ✓ NP Approved stamp. Upload to Acuity or the client chart.
Host both files together (recommended)
For the approval link to open this dashboard directly, both files should be hosted at the same URL. When you deploy to Netlify, set NP_DASHBOARD_URL in the nurse dashboard to your Netlify URL + /np-dashboard.html. Until then, the same-device localStorage fallback handles same-device approvals automatically.
